Some nights, I feel like taking my time with skincare instead of rushing through the usual steps. That’s when beauty devices start to feel fun rather than just another thing to keep on my shelf.
I’ve been drawn to tools that make my routine feel a little more special, and two that caught my attention are the Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask and the Medicube Age-R Booster Pro. They offer different approaches to at-home skincare, so I’d use each for a different reason.

1. Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro

Three minutes sounds manageable, even on a night when I’m too tired for an elaborate routine. This LED face mask is designed to use red and blue light, making it an interesting option for people who want to add light therapy to their skincare habits. I like that the treatment is short, because consistency feels much easier when a step doesn’t take up half the evening.

2. Medicube Age-R Booster Pro

This is the device I’d reach for when I want my skincare routine to feel a little more like an at-home beauty session. The Medicube Age-R Booster Pro offers multiple modes designed for different skincare goals, which makes it an interesting option for someone who enjoys experimenting with beauty technology. I’d take my time learning what each mode does instead of switching between all of them at once.
What I like about these two devices is that they bring different experiences to skincare. The Dr. Dennis Gross mask focuses on LED light therapy, while the Medicube device offers several treatment modes in one tool. Personally, I’d prefer starting with one device and learning how it fits into my routine before adding another. More gadgets don’t automatically mean better results, and I still think the basics matter most: gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and daily sun protection.
