The shampoo has a rich, creamy lather that cleans my scalp well while still feeling comfortable on the lengths. After rinsing, my hair does not have that overly stripped or squeaky feeling, which is important to me because dry ends can become tangled very quickly.

The conditioner is where I notice the biggest difference. I apply it mostly through the mid-lengths and ends, leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly. My hair immediately feels smoother, softer and much easier to detangle.
