I’ve been reaching for makeup that makes me feel polished without making me spend forever in front of the mirror. A good mascara, a touch of glow, and some warmth on the cheeks are usually enough for me.
My makeup bag feels much more fun when every product has a reason to be there.

1. Glossier Lash Slick Lift and Lengthening Mascara

Mascara is the one makeup step I notice immediately when I skip it. Glossier Lash Slick gives my lashes a defined, lengthened look while keeping the overall effect quite understated. I like running the wand through my lashes from root to tip, then adding another coat when I want a little more impact. On lazy mornings, I can pair it with lip balm and call the makeup look finished.

2. L'Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion

A little glow can completely change how my makeup comes together. I like using L'Oréal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion when my complexion feels like it needs some extra life. Sometimes I mix a small amount with foundation. Other days, I dab it onto the high points of my cheeks and keep everything else very simple. I don’t need much product to get the effect I want, which makes it easy to play around with depending on my makeup that day.

3. Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer Stick

Rare Beauty Warm Wishes is the product I pull out when my makeup looks a little too flat. The stick format makes placement quick, and I can blend it out with a brush or sponge without much effort. I usually add a little around my cheeks, forehead, and other areas where I want some warmth. Starting with a small amount keeps the result soft, and I can build the color gradually.
Glossier handles my lashes, L'Oréal gives me that fresh glow, and Rare Beauty adds warmth and definition. I like how each product can stand on its own, but together they create a complete everyday look. Some days, three little steps really are all I need before I grab my bag and walk out the door.
